Damaged packages
Damaged packages will require a claim to be filed before replacement. Proof of damage must be sent to us within 24 hours via email at k.a.m.blanks@gmail.com so we can follow up on our end.
Photo Info:
Photos are taken under a ring light with the the BEST depiction of the color. Videos are also provided, with flash, to help you see glitter colors in the best possible light.
Buyer Responsibility:
The buyer assumes responsibility for the product once purchased. We cannot guarantee 100% that our products are cross-contamination free. The glitter is produced in a large factory with other glitter colors and other products. We work extremely hard to ensure that cross-contamination does not occur on our end.
Once purchased, it is up to the buyer to use the products correctly in order to ensure the best outcome.
Return/Cancelation Policy:
We DO NOT ACCEPT CANCELATIONS, RETURNS or EXCHANGES under any circumstance other than fault of our own (ie. wrong item was shipped). Please be sure to read ALL descriptions and measurements to ensure that you are ordering the appropriate size and style for your project needs.
Shipping Information:
All items are shipped through the United States Postal Service, from our shops in either Texas or Washington.
Turn Around Time:
Preorders will have specific TAT listed within the listing. Our regular stocked products ship within 5-7 business days.
